Any member can use a

      "hot alert"  to notify Square & Round Dance Foundtion members of important 

issues such as dance cancelations, location changes, or special events.

The "hot alert" administrator will not issue "hot alerts" for individual    schedule changes. However the Foundation is happy to send periodic reminders to check our web site for changes in the  dance schedules.
